For all our NHS Orthopaedic Clinics, BeneCare have a Loyalty Reward Scheme, which can be redeemed for educational works, departmental improvements, sponsorships or conference places.
Our scheme has been running for as long as we’ve been around and has returned £1000’s back to departments across the country. The scheme works on a department basis, enabling the product users to receive a loyalty bonus. The total amount of loyalty bonus earned is a percentage of total department spend over a year, which after just 12 months can add to a significant value.

The BeneCare Loyalty Scheme is open for all NHS Fracture Clinic/Plaster Room departments.
BeneCare points can be exchanged for conference spots, educational workshops, training sessions, BeneCare products and equipment/appliances for your department.
No there is no upper limit. The more you spend with us the more points you can earn.

Send us an email from your NHS work address, detailing what you would like to exchange your points for, as well as your contact details and we will call you to confirm all the details before ordering your reward.
*Loyalty points are valid for 24 months and a worked out on a year to year basis.
Example 1: Your department spends £14,000 on casting materials, £1,500 on Tri Panels and a further £1,000 on wrist braces, making a total spend of £16,500. This puts you into category 3 which is a 4% loyalty rate.
This over a period of 12 months is a massive £660 worth of loyalty reward to spend on benefiting your department.
The following terms and conditions apply to the BeneCare Medical Loyalty Scheme. 1. Each department must register with a BeneCare representative in order to join the loyalty scheme. 2. In order to comply with all EU legislation, all department requests for loyalty points must be made in writing from an NHS source. Only requests made via this route will be accepted. 3. If your department stops or significantly reduces purchasing BeneCare products, BeneCare reserve the right to put on hold/close the account until further notice. 4. If unclaimed, Loyalty points expire after 24 months 5. BeneCare reserve the right to make changes to some/all of this loyalty scheme at any point.
