If you can’t see the product you need please Contact Us. If it is something we don’t provide in certain situations we may able to source new products specifically for you. Just place your request with our Head Office.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM and Fridays till 2 PM. We are closed on Bank & Public Holidays. For further details on our opening times Contact Us.
When will my Order be delivered?
At BeneCare we send all out all orders on a next day delivery service at no extra charge. See Ordering Info.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 24 hours please Contact Us and we will track the item and inform you of its whereabouts.

I received my order damaged/incorrect?
BeneCare are committed to providing goods and a service that meet our gold standard promise. In the unlikely event your order is incorrect or the product is damaged, just contact us to arrange a return. Contact Us.
