BeneCare Medical is pleased to announce that after an initial one year’s apprenticeship, Robbie Brewis has been taken on as a Customer Service and Sales Administrator, upon completing his NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Robbie has proved to be an invaluable member of the team, with his pleasant and helpful manner to all callers. Robbie will work alongside other BeneCare team members in ensuring out customers receive the satisfaction they are entitled to.
Here’s what Robbie had to say about his year at BeneCare Medical:
Have you enjoyed your time at BeneCare?
Yes. Being a family owned company it’s a great environment to work in, everyone is very friendly. I work closely with everybody in the office allowing me to learn a lot from my collegues in all aspects of the business.
What are your main responsibilities in your role?
Processing orders, customer services, distribution, account administration.
How do you feel you have progressed over your year at BeneCare?
I feel I have become a vital member of the team and developed rapport with customers. I am confident in my job role now and I am happy to have gained my qualifications in business administration. I have improved my skills in the work place, confidence, telephone manner, programmes etc..
What do you think has benefited you most by participating in the apprenticeship scheme?
I have gained knowledge and skills through the apprenticeship and on the job experience, I have mostly benefited from my colleagues and their knowledge.
