Here at BeneCare I would like to personally thank you all for supporting us throughout this tremendous year 2013. This year has seen some pretty large events take place with Andy Murray finally winning a well deserved wimbledon championship, one of the greatest managers ever to have lived Sir Alex Ferguson retiring from football and the bringer of change and the changer of society Nelson Mandela recently passing from this world.
This year has also seen several important changes in our company with a fresh new approach on how we react and deal with our customers. This started near the begining of the year by doing hospital surveys providing us information and ideas on what you want and need from our company throughout the year (see here). Your thoughts gave us two important ideas; the first was the ‘Built Around You’ training service, providing free training throughout the UK, and a ‘Budget Management Service’ giving you free advice and recommendations on how to improve departmental performance and helping to reduce spend. Both these services have been well received and we hope to keep running them into 2014.
We also have improved our delivery service and now over 99% of all our deliveries arrive on time! Honestly I had to double check the figure, and considering that we provide a next day shipment as standard that is rather impressive!
Yet the biggest change to our company has been the development of the BeneCare Academy and the WORLD’S FIRST eLearning Portal which went live in late October. This portal provides you with free 24/7 access to detailed training videos and downloadable guidelines helping you to continue your personal development with no fuss, no costs and whenever you want. This new portal coupled with our hands on sessions definitely makes me think that we now provide the best (and yes I said ‘the best’) training and after-service in the UK, all which I might add is free of charge. (see more).
You will also start to see a new rebranded BeneCare in 2014, as during this year we have freshened up our brand and have decided to provide you with an image that you will be proud to display at the front of your clinics and throughout your hospitals.
However all these changes big and small that we have implemented over the last year would not have been possible without each and every one of you who have helped and provided us with the information and the advice over the year and given us the support and feedback that we appreciate so very much.
I’d like to end by wishing you, from my family to yours, a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year and I hope 2014 gives us more opportunities to work closer together and to continue to build upon the new fresh approach we have taken at BeneCare.
